So in many ways, good food and great music are about the same things; enjoying and living life to the fullest.  Whether a medley of flavors that delights the palette and brings back memories of a special time around the table with friends and family, or a melody of notes that soothe the soul and ignites a recollection of a special night with the one you love, music and food quite simply embody the best that life has to offer.  My name is Lou Pompilio, and my kitchen has been singing for over 55 years!
